This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Georgetown Loft opening with the lovely Lacey from A Lacey Perspective and Lucky Magazine. I was instantly enamored by the store display and fall styled mannequins. There were tons of cozy knits and beautiful autumn colors to lust after.
I had a great time chatting over champagne with blogger friends Rosa from Rosa Loves DC and Sara from You, Me & Anthropology. A big thanks to Lacey for hosting such a great event!

Good morning readers! It’s almost Friday! To kick off this Thursday morning I wanted to share with you a few things. First, yesterday I stopped by J. Crew and purchased Poppy King’s red lipstick (available only in stores only now). I was a bit hesitant since I’ve never thought of myself a red lipstick kind of girl, but boy was I wrong. This shade looks great on about everyone!
Next, today is the start of Sephora’s Friends and Family discount. Here are few things I am stocking up on, while others are new items I want to give a try. What’s on your Sephora list?

This weekend I received my new iPhone 4S in the mail and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I have had the old iPhone 3 (not 3s) so I have been anxiously awaiting the day to take higher quality pictures, hd video, and tweet faster.

I recently discovered this blog and have been hooked ever since. The funny thing is I found this blog through a TJ Maxx commercial they have airing about being a Maxxinista. What really caught my eye about Saucy Glossie was the style of her white crisp bedroom, not to mention countless outfit posts that make me want to buy everything!
Since I have been in the process of buying a bed (which has seemed like forever) and cannot seem to find my dream bed (last seen here) anywhere, I will have to settle for this lovely white satin headboard by Target. At such an affordable price, it’s hard not to like it.

I recently discovered a fun way to display my massive nail polish collection. The lovely ladies at WhoWhatWear added pops of color to their office by placing all their nail polishes in a clear circular glass container. I love the way it looks and can’t wait to give it a go!
