For all you locals out there Neiman Marcus Last Call Store is coming to Rockville this fall. They are planning on opening one in Congressional Plaza! Of course…just when I leave!

I’ve had this French Connection dress in my closet for sometime now (last year to be exact) so I was quite anxious to wear it this 4th of July weekend! I especially love the cut out detail of the straps and waist. It’s very festive and perfect for the hot 100 degree weather we have been having in DC! I hope everyone had a relaxing and fun holiday weekend.

Love 21, the more sophisticated and sleek branch of F21 has some great ensembles on The Skinny! Lastnight, I purchased this mustard color skirt with this nude tank. It’s the perfect sleek and romantic summer outfit for less than $50!

I wasn’t sure how I felt about the high-waist trend until I spotted this skirt at Zara recently. I immediately was drawn to the button detail and navy color, which go perfectly with many items in my closet. How do you feel about the high-waist trend?

I just bought these Franco Sarto Bambi Open Toe Pumps this past weekend at Lord & Taylor for $30 $80! I love the distressed leather look and can picture them going perfectly with a nude or blush colored dress or even some skinny jeans.

This past weekend I wore my newly purchased Danny Roberts tee from F21! I of course opted for the tank with a  portrait of the beautiful and stylish Geri from becauseimaddicted.net for obvious reasons:)  This is just the perfect tank for those hot and humid DC summer nights.

Lately I’ve been trying to incorporate my non-work clothes into possible work outfits.
